I liked your article about Recuriting and Butterfly Effect.

It&#039;s a thought invoking read. I would rather compare your model with noise theory, with the maximum noise attributed to the initial channels.

So as to put it as long as one can minimize/restrict noise in the initial levels (read as recruiting stages), one is bound to hit a high probability zone of recruiting people without disturbing the present Center of Gravity of ThoughtWorks.

Perhaps, it must have been that way. Else we would never have had large houses like Microsoft,Oracle,Google,Apple et al.
